Unsatisfactory in almost every way.

The people are nice but that is all. The two times I have taken my car there the guy in charge does not keep you informed of what is going on, they kept the car for a lot longer than they said, they never called us back when we inquired, and for the one vehicle they did 1,000 extra dollars worth of unnecessary work without ever asking us, it was just there on the bill.

I will never take a vehicle there for major work again.
